As a ICT Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting business requirements for IT and structuring a large amount of information within a process framework.

In this role you will be responsible for

  • Delivery/lead of Annual Update streams (including Annual Transfer Price and Standard Setting processes) standardised framework to managing the ICT impact of all trade route data requirements including end to end pricing and costing.
  • TPF Lead of Network Changes - Delivery of standard approach & framework to managing the ICT impact of all trade route network changes including acquisitions and divestments – ensuring accurate ICT Data setups and project checklist are followed.
  • Delivery of Network Changes projects following RACI, checklist ensuring no ICT month end impact.
  • Following and maintaining How to guides and RACI for different ICT processes.
  • Oversight of outsourced BPO team members (Genpact).
  • Driving continuous improvements changes to increase the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of business operations
  • Following BAU ways of working for actions across Pricing and Costing, driving forward BAU activities across the different teams and locations and implementing new ways of working (solution design and implementation)
  • Delivery & Responsible of the Agreed Baseline and ensuring compliance across the business units
  • Delivery of escalations and support BAU (operations) & Projects
  • Data remediation queries & support management with resolution and blockers
  • Delivering full compliance with the controls framework for ICT Data and with GSK Finance policy and Sarbox controls – includes building and supporting sustainable controls within the area to mitigate any risks/gaps in the process and running the controls in a timely manner. This includes supporting auditors in all control related queries.
  • Ensuring appropriate global user training and access provisioning. Identifying functional and process developments to ensure the system operates efficiently, accurately and in accordance with the defined Controls Framework
  • Working with the ICT GPO team to continuously improve the process & system including resolving any functionality and data issues.
  • Supporting the ICT Data Manager with ad-hoc requests in respect of broader business objectives.
  • Manage a complex stakeholder landscape to ensure alignment to common end goal

  • Understanding of SAP and Costing Modules
  • Expert level problem solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with global users, customers and senior Stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge and experience of Supply Chain and inter-company profit systems and processes
  • Ability to work across global organisations and influence the business in seeing the wider picture rather than their own interest
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review complex supply chain issues and understand the impact on inter-company profit of any changes
  • Ability to understand very complex systems and manage this complexity in an organised process
