Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a candidate with risk management experience to become a Risk Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) SME and support the RCSA discipline within Global Delivery and Investment Services CCO organizations. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with business operations and risk management experience, the ability to effectively challenge the Business, and the ability to engage with senior management stakeholders. Additional knowledge of business operations is a plus.
Why this role is important to us:
GS/IS BRM RCSA is a global Business Risk discipline that focuses on driving and executing the key requirements of the Risk Control Self-Assessment and Risk Unit Standard for the Global Delivery and Investment Services CCO business lines. This Includes coordination with global colleagues for execution of key requirements, continuous improvement of processes, advocation and participation as key stakeholder for process and risk unit improvements/changes (including corporate RCSA Redesign), support on process and continuous enhancement of reporting and governance to better position business to execute on key requirements. The larger BRM team includes Assurance, Incident/Issue Management activities, Governance, Operational Risk Management and incident analysis, Compliance Program implementation, Risk Metrics, Event Management, Policy and regulatory change and Information Security.
What you will be responsible for:
· Support the execution of the key requirements of RCSA across Global Delivery and Investment Services CCO
· Assist BRM management in the development of training, communication and awareness programs to drive effective RCSA adoption and promote a strong culture of risk management
· Confidentially raise issues, escalate early and engage in constructive credible challenge of RCSA results
· Collaborate with various risk and business stakeholders to drive consistency and identify efficiencies across RCSA program
· Engage with the other Business Risk disciplines in order to ensure RCSA is managed in line with the other disciplines
· Establish and foster positive relationships with key functional teams and leaders within first line of defense business lines. Develop same with Operational Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit. Collaborate to achieve organizational goals
· Instill confidence by demonstrating credibility and expertise
· Gather data and create reports for periodic status reviews, monthly RCSA results reporting, and weekly status reports
· Continuously develop deep knowledge of core products, process, financial markets, technology, regulatory obligations and operating model changes; understand impact to team roles and responsibilities
· Take initiative to participate in targeted projects to assess risk and control deficiencies as needed
· Manage staff across different jurisdictions in the execution of RCSA and RCSA related initiatives

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
