Leidos is seeking a passionate and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Outreach & Training Specialist. In this dynamic role, you will be the critical link between our innovative solutions and our valued customers, delivering impactful training sessions (on-site and virtual), conducting product demonstrations, and fostering strong customer relationships. Based in the DC/Ft Belvoir area with up to 50% travel, you will represent Leidos' commitment to excellence by gathering customer feedback, responding to inquiries, and ensuring users are empowered to maximize the value of our products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Leidos' mission-driven work while leveraging your communication skills, technical aptitude, and customer service expertise to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
