This role supports operations for the Florida market by providing data preparation, reporting, analysis, and communicating findings by data visualization and detailed reports. This position with market level operations has exposure to market level executive leaders and subject matters.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00am—5:00pm.
May be able to work hybrid occasionally.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and evaluation of current and proposed operational unit services and performance.
Identify programs/service strengths, weaknesses, and financial impact.
Serve as technical resource in the analysis and evaluation of the operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units as related to departmental resources, services, systems, budgets, and programs. Interprets and presents data analysis results including explanation of statistical and financial techniques used, assumptions made and summary of results.
Assist with the development of operational plans, procedures, and systems; reviews and evaluates current procedures and systems and develops recommendations for improvement and/or change.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Two years' experience with demonstrated knowledge of applied statistics and financial analysis with a quantitative focus.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Analytical mindset.
Familiar with acquiring, combining, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Thorough knowledge and comfortability with Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Tableau.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
