Job Summary
The Order Management Team Lead is responsible for daily coordination and expediting the flow of materials within or between departments as required for billing, shipping and releasing of orders. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for standard and priority orders to include communication via phone, email, fax, etc. as needed with internal departments, customer service, and customers. This individual will monitor all tracking to ensure 100% on time billing and shipping per customer order (error free), and confirmations of shipments, and handle administrative functions throughout the fulfillment process as well as support for supervisors and management as needed.Job Description

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Position requires sitting, walking, stooping, bending, talking in person and by phone or video, visual acuity; the stamina to work the shift as scheduled and on a regular basis, ability to work in a non-climate controlled facility with exposure to heat and/or cold in accordance with weather conditions, lifting large, small or awkwardly shaped items on a regular or repeated basis as needed, domestic and international travel ; extensive use of computer or other electronics equipment.
