维护实习生支持工程、公用设施和设备的保养和维护操作及日常供应商的安全监督管理。

The maintenance technician supports maintenance operations of engineering, utilities and equipment and daily supplier safety supervision and management.

基本要求Basic requirements：

• 熟知工厂常用公用设施机械设备工作原理以及风险识别，能遵守礼来要求的安全，质量要求的行为准侧。

Know general factory mechanical equipment working principle and can realize the risk, comply with Lilly safety, quality requirements

• 支持执行公用系统的预防性维护和校验工作，使系统保持在良好确认状态；

Supports Utility/HVAC Maintenance PM and calibration PMCAL execution, in order to maintain the system in qualified state.                                                  

• 支持故障维修，能够处理较低难度的故障排除；

Supports equipment issue troubling shooting, and executing the low difficulties CMs；

• 根据HSE和5S的要求参与和执行所分派的任务。如对维护维修过程中涉及的供应商施工进行现场监督，确保供应商符合礼来的安全要求；

Participate and implement specific tasks regarding HSE and 5S activities. Sample: Supervision the vendor construction activity related to maintenance, to make sure the vendor follows Lilly HSE requirement.

• 中专或以上学历，具有工程、科技或制药背景，熟悉办公软件以及CAD软件使用。

Technical secondary school or above in engineering, scientific, or pharmaceutical background. Familiar with office software, Auto CAD.

• 有一定的机械、电气、PLC相关的知识。

Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and PLC.

• 具有良好的沟通和处理问题的能力，对问题具有敏感性，推动力强，具备较强的学习能力，以及较好的心理素质和自我调节能力。

Good communication and problem solving skills, sensitivity to problems, strong driving force, strong learning ability, good psychological quality and self-regulation ability.

• 动手能力强，肯吃苦，愿意根据工作需求适当加班，责任心强，有良好的服务意识。

Strong practical ability, hard-working, willing to work overtime according to job requirements, strong sense of responsibility, good sense of service.

其他要求Additional preferences：

• 沟通学习能力强，具备良好的英语听说读写能力。

Strong communication and learning skills, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

• 具有良好的职业素养和良好的服务意识和团队协作精神。

Have good professional quality, good sense of service and teamwork spirit

• 具有水处理相关知识或HVAC相关知识。

Knowledge of water treatment or HVAC

• 具有公用设施设计和维护实践经验的优先。

Practical experience in utility design and maintenance is preferred.

• 具有相关特种作业证的优先，如（低压电工证，压力容器操作证等）。

License/Certificate held as work related(electric/pressure vessel etc)
