Summary:

The Manager, Supply Chain Integration collaborates with DI Supply internal team members and IT to analyze work process design and flow to improve functionality and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The Integration Manager understands and aligns overall Supply Chain requirements and processes to ensure the system-wide success of procurement, inventory management, storage, and distribution technologies and programs. They will review and prioritize Workday updates, plans, schedules interfaces and maintain strong working relationships with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for all Supply Chain functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes/interfaces, and analyzing data flows for reporting, metrics and process improvement opportunities.

Job Duties:

• Acts as systems advisor for Supply Chain database maintenance, process improvements, and innovative solutions to DI Supply leadership.

• Manages Workday audits and updates to ensure proper functionality and process success. 

• Provides first-level production support, including researching and resolving systems problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.

• Oversees scheduled updates, reviews, validates system change requests, and recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements and align with overall Supply Chain directives.

• Manages vendor interfaces and completes system set-ups, including but not limited to electronic data interfaces (EDI) for purchase orders, pricing files, shipment updates, and invoices.

• Creates, customizes, processes, and distributes Supply Chain reports as required.

• Represents DI Supply and acts as team liaison to IT team and IT helpdesk.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain processes including procurement, inventory management, storage and distribution, and relevant workflows. 
• Experience working with supply chain and EDI systems with a firm understanding of Information Technology processes, workflows, and vocabulary. 
• Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization troubleshooting, and customer service skills are necessary. 
• Advanced computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Workday.
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to interact with and present recommendations to all levels of stakeholders internal and external to the organization.  
• Possesses a high degree of emotional intelligence, critical thinking, problem solving, and discretion. 
• Recommended: Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, IT, or 10-years equivalent experience in supply chain management.
