Team/Role Overview
This role is a key part of the Human Resources Organization Project Management Office. You will lead a team of project managers and analysts dedicated to supporting each of the Human Resources Global Process Owners and their taxonomies. You and your team will be partnering with our regulatory partners in collaboration with Global Functions Technology and Human Resources Shared Services partners to successfully deliver initiatives, programs and projects across the organization.
What you’ll do
Provides strategic direction and feedback with respect to initiative or project creation in alignment to Human Resources goals, stakeholder management, executive communications, and the like.
Builds and manages relationships with Global Process Owners, key stakeholders, Citi organizations and various business heads.
Collaborates with Senior Management on cross functional areas and other projects, as appropriate.
Manages project efforts and the supporting team to:
Identify and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established projects of work
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition meets business objectives
Manage the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis for the supported portfolio of projects
Ensure the identification of risks which may impact project delivery
Ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary
Support adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery and leverage across the programs using the approved Citi SDLC and PTS
What we’ll need from you
Master’s degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of progressive program/project management in Human Resources
Expert level understanding of Microsoft Project
Specific subject matter expertise regarding Human Resources governance and program management disciplines
Track record of delivering enterprise level efforts for executive managers and business teams
Proficiency in working in iCAPs/Citi’s Risk and Control platform, SharePoint and PTS 2.0
Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests
Fluent English language skills
