Job Description Summary
The Services ITR Leader is responsible for the sales and services activities across the designated sub region & portfolio, delivering on our contractual and transactional commitments to our customers and achieving the business performance expectations for GE across safety, quality, execution delivery and financial key metrics.
The Services ITR Leader understands the market dynamics our customers face, translates these into the concepts and strategies aligned to those needs, and implements change through cross-functional teams rallied around delivering for our customers.
In this role you will identify opportunities for transactional and backlog services growth, including portfolio solutions, managing your teams to maximize GE market share and profitability. You will bring together key decision makers across Gas Power, including application engineering and product sales, to deliver the competitive solutions that support our customers to be successful while ensuring these are commercially aligned to our business expectations.
You will be responsible for managing and executing on the transactional and contractual portfolios across the sub region, partnering with the Business Lines and Functions, while driving continuous improvement using Lean principles.
This role is responsible for the management of the sales, key account, and contract execution management teams within the sub region. You will be accountable to drive a collaborative, diverse and inclusive ITR culture across our teams focused on delivering for our customers and GE Vernova.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop services business strategy for defined sub region & portfolio and provide feedback on market dynamics
- Be responsible for business and profitable sales growth for the sub region.
- Lead the sales team, determine & create customer needs, solve business problems through collaborative approach, develop strategic sales / business plans and be responsible for delivering revenue, margin and market share commitments
- Develop influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and implement strategies to maximize our business activities from those customers
- Own the accuracy of orders, commitment and convertible orders forecast for the sub region
- Demonstrate responsibility for the financial performance of the backlog for all contractual and transactional service activities within the sub region
- Partner with Product Line Leaders to drive continued differentiation vs. competition, productivity programs to drive cost out, customer availability and reliability, etc.
- Foster collaboration between parts, repairs, engineering, services execution, and other critical areas to ensure service excellence for our customers.
- Lead sub region efforts to drive continuous improvement through Lean principles aimed at delivering service support to our customers that meets their business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Operations or Commercial related roles
- Willingness and ability to travel
