Accenture Products and Platform for HR, Talent and Skilling brings together software solutions from Accenture Software for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Software for SAP Plant Maintenance (BlueWorx). The business unit sells apps and extensions for SAP ERP HCM, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and SAP Plant Maintenance.

Accenture Software for Human Capital Management has more than 25 years of experience providing software solutions to deliver modern HR. We serve more than 2,000 customers in 52 countries. With Accenture BlueWorx, maintenance workers can mobilize SAP Plant Maintenance and S/4HANA efficiently; with over 10 years of experience and the trust of more than 20 customers across 6 countries.

The Work:

• Collaterals – manage the production of Accenture Software for Plant Maintenance collateral including flyers, sales decks and success stories
• Events – plan and execute customer events for Accenture Software for Plant Maintenance as well as organize and coordinate trade fair appearances globally
• Messaging – be responsible for product and positioning messaging and update features and benefits statements for customers
• Website – liaise with the digital team to update website content, share analytics and collaborate with an agency on Paid Search campaigns

Here’s What You Need:

• Ideally 2-3 years’ experience around event management and the creation of sales materials
• Native German speaker and excellent English language skills
• Remote working with regular on-site presence in the Mannheim Office and some travel to events
• Flexible and versatile team player
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, media communication, marketing, or a related area
