Our ESPN team is currently seeking a Digital Support Assistant to support on a casual basis through September 2026. This role provides essential administrative and support functions across ESPN Footytips and ESPN platforms. You’ll help keep fixtures and events accurate, manage communication schedules, coordinate marketing assets, and assist with product and marketing initiatives.
The work time for this role is approximately 20 hours per week, with some flex on both sides based on requirements. This role is ideal for someone studying or already working part-time who has a strong interest Sports and Media.
Your main responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with our Product and customer support teams to help resolve customer enquiries and escalate technical issues.
Make regular fixture checks and keep game schedules up to date.
Administer internal and external systems to support the product and marketing teams with distributing game and event information.
Monitor Avatars, Comments and usernames for hate speech and abuse.
Confirm game results at the end of the round.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Experience with digital and/or editorial environments
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written communication skills
Customer focused mindset
A current site member of footytips.com.au or experienced with similar online tipping software
Loves sport and media and already be following the majority of sports we cover
You will also need to:
Be comfortable with flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Have a positive and pro-active mindset to regular and ad-hoc requests.
Be mobile and able to come to the office when required.
