Assists in designing, integrating, developing, testing, and deploying IT services, solutions and processes.  Provides first level support for IT services and works with IT Technical team to resolve issues. Supports multiple standardized or a few complex IT services/processes, in support of a limited number of functional areas and locations. University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
