This position reports to:

改善生产流程，确保生产各软件系统正常运行，支持生产各系统数据库的创建及维护，帮助生产部门安全/顺畅/高效运行

主要职责

• 负责设计和改善生产各流程及工作方法，减少不增值的浪费，提高生产效率，保证高效运行，并跟踪改善效果；
• SAP系统生产部份的实施及维护；
• MES系统及生产部各应用软件的优化及维护；
• 建立及维护合理有效的操作标准时间系统，为产能分析、人员需求、生产效率评估提供数据依据；
• 负责及制定生产车间各产线的可视化需求、管理及实施；

知识、技能与经验要求

• 本科以上,工业自动化或机电一体专业
• 五年以上精益生产工作经验
• 良好的谈判,沟通和团队合作能力
• 有一定的系统应用知识（SAP，Solidworks等）
• 流利的英语口语及写作能力
• 有软件实施经验及软件编程经验者优先
