 Assembly Production Team Leader
The Production Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of production workers to ensure efficient operations and meet production targets. This role acts as a bridge between frontline workers and production management, ensuring products are made safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

Team Leadership การเป็นผู้นำทีม:

Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to achieve daily production goals. ดูแล แนะนำ และสร้างแรงจูงใจให้สมาชิกในทีม เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการผลิตประจำวัน

Production Oversight การกำกับดูแลการผลิต :

Manage daily workflows, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure the production schedule is met. บริหารจัดการลำดับงานประจำวัน มอบหมายงาน และติดตามความคืบหน้าเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต

Quality Assurance การประกันคุณภาพ:

Monitor quality control processes to ensure all products meet company standards and customer requirements. ควบคุมและตรวจสอบกระบวนการคุณภาพเพื่อให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ทุกชิ้นเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัทและความต้องการของลูกค้า

Safety & Compliance ความปลอดภัยและกฎระเบียบ:

Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members wear appropriate protective gear (PPE). บังคับใช้กฎความปลอดภัย และตรวจสอบให้สมาชิกทุกคนใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันภัยส่วนบุคคล (PPE) อย่างถูกต้อง

Process Improvement การพัฒนากระบวนการ:

Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing or 5S. ระบุจุดที่ไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ และสนับสนุนโครงการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง เช่น Lean Manufacturing หรือ 5S

Reporting การรายงานผล:

Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report daily production results to management. ติดตามตัวชี้วัดผลการดำเนินงาน (KPIs) และรายงานผลผลิตประจำวันต่อฝ่ายบริหาร

Problem Solving การแก้ไขปัญหา:

Perform root cause analysis to resolve production issues and machine malfunctions. ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุราก (Root Cause Analysis) เพื่อแก้ปัญหาการผลิตและข้อขัดข้องของเครื่องจักร

Qualifications & Skills คุณสมบัติและทักษะ
Education การศึกษา:

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

วุฒิการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายขึ้นไป; วุฒิปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Experience ประสบการณ์:

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายการผลิตหรือการผลิตอย่างน้อย 5–8 ปี

Leadership ภาวะผู้นำ:

Proven experience in a supervisory or support team lead role. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานกำกับดูแลหรือผู้นำทีมสนับสนุนอย่างชัดเจน

Technical Skills ทักษะด้านเทคนิค:

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with production systems (e.g., ERP or SAP-ME). มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรม MS Office และมีความคุ้นเคยกับระบบการผลิต เช่น ERP หรือ SAP-ME

Communication การสื่อสาร:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English (if required). มีทักษะการสื่อสารทั้งพูดและเขียนที่ดีเยี่ยม ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ (หากจำเป็น)

Soft Skills ทักษะเชิงพฤติกรรม:

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and conflict-resolution abilities. มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหา การจัดการองค์กร และการจัดการความขัดแย้งอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
