We are seeking an intern to join our team as a Licencing Intern. This role will work closely our licensing department on administrative work in our Provo office
Key Responsibilities:    

•   Researching licensing and permitting requirements for hundreds of municipalities in the United States
• 
  Managing the permitting process and providing direction to sales managers on the applicable business and individual permitting and licensing requirements for municipalities in assigned areas
• 
   Filing licensing and permitting applications online, and preparing documentation and applications for sales representatives in assigned areas in-person with each government agency
• 
  Coordinating with local governments on requirements and applications submitted for processing
• 
  Assisting team leaders, operations managers and other compliance employees in the United States with information needed for local business licensing requirements
• 
  Conducting audits and monitor compliance of sales representatives in assigned areas
• 
  Working with in-house legal teams of US companies to assist in the resolution of potential legal issues, or other projects as required

Requirements:

• Availability to attend meetings and collaborate during [internship is full time summer)
• 
  In-Office Position, must report to our office in Provo, UT.
