About Team:

MST Operations supports the Labor Capacity, Assembly, and MST Operations & Execution and focuses on identifying opportunity areas through MST dashboards and established processes, translating insights into well-defined business problems, and supporting data-driven solutions that improve store-level execution.

Job Summary:

The Analyst – MST Operations supports the Labor Capacity, Assembly, and MST Operations & Execution and focuses on identifying opportunity areas through MST dashboards and established processes, translating insights into well-defined business problems, and supporting data-driven solutions that improve store-level execution.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy and strong project management practices, the Analyst partners closely with the MST Operations team within SSCM to evaluate labor performance, identify capacity risks, and support executional improvements. The role requires foundational analytical capability, a strong understanding of store-level execution, MST workflows, and dashboards, and the ability to balance analytical thinking with practical implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support Labor Capacity, Assembly, and MST Operations & Execution functions through labor hours audits, performance analysis, and reporting.

  • Analyze MST labor utilization, productivity, and execution trends to identify gaps, risks, and opportunity areas.

  • Leverage MST dashboards, tools, and operational processes to translate data into actionable business insights.

  • Partner closely with the Senior Analyst to support end-to-end analytical processes, from problem identification through solution implementation.

  • Collaborate with MST Operations teams in SSCM to understand executional challenges and validate insights against store-level realities.

  • Identify capacity risks and performance variances and support the development of mitigation strategies.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by tracking outcomes, measuring impact, and refining analytical approaches.

  • Apply strong project management practices to manage multiple analyses, timelines, and stakeholder deliverables.

  • Communicate findings clearly through dashboards, presentations, and written summaries tailored to operational stakeholders.

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

Key Skills: Retail experience, Advance Excel, Capacity planning, Workload management, Catalogue building, Workforce management, excellent communications

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into business problems and execution-focused solutions.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Foundational analytical skills with experience working with operational data and dashboards.

  • Project Management & Prioritization

Secondary Skills (desired)

  • Understanding of retail, labor models, or field operations (retail or similar environment preferred).

  • Familiarity with reading and understanding dashboards, capacity planning, retail execution metrics.
