Summary

Legends | ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Lead Coach position at Oak Park Ice Rink. Responsible for working with the Rink Operations Manager to facilitate, grow, and develop coaches for the sport of Ice Skating. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create coaching staff
• Learn to Skate USA templet for lead coach
• Lead, mentor and monitor coaches
• Assist with coaching standards and education processes
• Be engaged and energized
• Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities    

Assisting Rink Management in all areas of overseeing coaches and maintaining good communication line with all staff.

• U.S Figure Skating / Learn to Stake USA Membership
• Learn to Skate USA Instructor Certification
• U.S. Center for SafeSport Training
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Compensation
