Product Manager - Analytics:

We are looking for a data-driven Product Manager to lead the development of an internal analytics platform that empowers teams to make data-driven decisions. In this role, you'll transform how our teams identify and prioritize high-impact work, driving business growth while delivering more value to our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and own the Product Analytics strategy: Define and execute the vision for our internal analytics platform that helps teams identify and prioritize the most valuable work for their customers and the business.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Partner with teams across the organization—engineering, data science, business operations, and leadership—to build a platform that provides actionable insights and drives results.
  • Enable customer-focused decisions: Provide internal teams with the tools and data they need to stay focused on the most impactful work for their customers, using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Thrive in ambiguity: Translate complex, unstructured business problems into actionable data-driven insights, helping internal teams to identify and prioritize their most valuable work.
  • Customer and people-focused: Although this role is focused on internal teams, you will leverage a customer-first mindset to ensure the analytics platform is designed to support teams in delivering maximum value to their end users.
  • Mentor and upskill teams: Use your expertise in SQL and data storytelling to help teams understand the “why” behind the “what,” and coach team members to improve their data skills and decision-making processes.

Who you are:

  • Experience in Product Analytics Platforms: You have built analytics platforms and reporting products that guide teams toward high-impact decisions, with a focus on driving value for both customers and the business.
  • Fintech Knowledge: A strong interest in payments and financial technology, with experience working on platform products and understanding complex fintech ecosystems.
  • Data Enthusiast: SQL and data analysis are second nature to you. You understand how to turn data into compelling stories that inform decision-making at all levels.
  • Customer-Centric: You understand the importance of internal teams staying focused on customer needs, and you have a passion for helping those teams succeed through actionable insights and data-driven strategies.
  • Intentional and Decisive: You know when to push for the perfect solution and when to recognize “good enough” for the best decision at the time.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with at least 2 years focused on analytics platforms, reporting products, or related areas.
