Desirable Skills/Experience:
When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.
Here, ambitious ideas meet practical delivery. You will join a united, purpose-led company that brings surprising combinations of expertise together to unlock fresh insights and solve complex challenges. Our S/4HANA transformation will standardise processes, strengthen financial management, unify data and provide real-time reporting—from the lab to the patient—giving you the opportunity to shape how tens of thousands of colleagues work every day. We value kindness alongside ambition, empower smart risk-taking, and support you with collaborative teams, modern technology and the chance to see your contribution translate into meaningful patient impact.
