You will:
Works closely with our 3rd party logistics providers, customs broker , international customer representatives, delivery planners, shipping supervisors and operations to coordinate the timely shipment of international orders for Middle East
Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries
Prepares timely management information and reports as requested
Interfaces daily with international sales department personnel and provides status of international sales orders
Ensures all export documentation is generated accurately and timely
Ensures all export shipments are invoiced on the day of shipment
You are:
University Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Minimum of 2 year experience in air, ocean or other international transportations
Experience with international logistics and conventional distribution center operations and experience interfacing with freight forwarders and customs brokers
Knowledge in import/export documentation requirements and preparation
Very good analytical and organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to work under minimal supervision
SAP experience is an asset
Ability to work with cultural differences in business relationships in the world area
Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels
Must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously
