Candidate should have experience representing borrowers, arrangers, agents, and lenders in U.S. domestic and international banking transactions in several of the following areas: acquisition finance, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, fund finance, trade finance and other commercial loan transactions. Candidate should have experience with the UCC and secured transactions. Candidate must be proactive and team oriented. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. U.S. J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar required. Candidate should be class of 2018 - 2021.

The base salary range offered for this role will be between $260,000 and $390,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the firm. The total compensation package for this position may include overtime pay, discretionary bonuses and other benefits.
