JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:     

Four Main Responsibilities:

50% - National channel /distributor management for GB business including ethical & retail

40% - Bidding management & execution

10% - Market Access synergy & Listing synergy

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

Distributor management:

  • Strategy analysis, evaluate, select most fit distributor network.
  • Build up optimized distributor network for drug, FSMP & Healthcare products,  Hospital pharmacy , nutrition department and drugstore  distributor select and authorization management
  • Smoothly supply, Order, DSO, inventory, FCST,
  • Accurate sales Data and channel information collection and analysis management
  • Compliant management
  • Price structure management, all kinds of discount compensation management

Bidding management :

  • Build up national and provincial bidding strategy
  • Standardize and improve the internal bidding process
  • Collaborate with Sales, MKT, GA, MA, RA , and external distributors to proactive analysis, communicate and follow up every key step, make sure win every target bidding aligned with business strategy

MA Synergy :

  • Closely collect, analysis all related government policy in bidding, reimbursement, price, listing, and competitors strategy change.
  • Market access synergy with MA such as EDL, NRDL etc.

Listing synergy

  • Select matched listing strategy distributiors
  • Synergy with distributor’s key capability for key hospital listing
  • Organize routine caring meeting to explore brand reputation and improve market sharing.

REQUIREMENTS:

Industry experiences:

  • Pharmaceutical / Healthcare  industry experience preferred
  • Experience in both FMCG and Healthcare or Pharma industry is an advantage

Position experiences:  

  • more than 10 years pharmaceutical and retail commercial management experience
  • Sales experience is an advantage, not compulsory

Language Skills

  • Excellent command of spoken and written of Chinese and English

Computer Skills:

  • Familiar usage of Microsoft Office Software;

Mobility:

  • ~ 25% of time will be on business trip

Certificate Required:

  • Not specially required; MBA/EMBA is an advantage
