The Business Architecture (BA) Group is a dynamic strategic organization at the forefront of Citi's Transformation efforts. We act as a catalyst across businesses and functions and drive the transformation of Citi into a simpler, customer-centric organization. We are responsible for partnering with business lines and functions to establish the framework and execution of the simplification program, which includes developing enterprise-wide domain taxonomies, publishing standard playbooks and procedures, as well as creating process and design engineering models. We provide the businesses and functions with ongoing governance, program oversight, metrics and reporting to ensure consistency, control, and accountability and part to develop the frameworks that are the foundations of everything we do.
The Change Management Program Management Senior Analyst is an AVP professional in Technology - Business Architecture - Change Management function, working in a fast-paced environment involved in Change Management Operations. This role comprises many aspects of Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodology (CEAM) Change Management activities, such as processes, taxonomies and artifacts, frameworks, strategies, procedures, tooling, metrics, and reporting. The ideal incumbent is required to have a good understanding of Change Management Operations.
In this opportunity as a Change Management Program Management Senior Analyst, you will:
Responsibilities:
Partner and collaborate with stakeholders on Change Management Operations relating to Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodology (CEAM) components and workstreams (Application Mapping, Business Process Taxonomy, Business Function Taxonomy, Target State Process Models).
Manage, govern, and provide effective/timely oversight of CEAM related change requests through the Business Architecture Change Management Lifecycle.
Assist with conducting monthly Downstream Impact Assessments based on approved Change Requests and partner with stakeholders to address/close required changes to taxonomies and CEAM artifacts.
Assist with coordinating taxonomy process related updates with Downstream Adopting programs and impacted Systems of Records (SORs) e.g., MCA, EUC, Data Concerns, iCaps, PTS etc.
Assist with preparing and sending stakeholder communications.
Maintain Change Management Operations information on Confluence.
Develop, maintain procedures, playbooks and training material as required.
Expected to assist with continuous improvement across Change Management Operations.
Work with various teams on Change Management tooling features (requirements and testing) to support Change Management Operations.
Partner with Risk & Control and other LODs (as required).
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working in the Financial Services Industry.
Change Management Operations experience is preferred.
Ability to write clear documentation (requirements, procedures, playbooks).
Demonstrated commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work priorities simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
Process design and improvement skills.
Project coordination skills.
Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations and present at meetings and forums.
Ability to learn quickly and deal with ambiguity.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Fluent Intermediate to Advanced skills.
Ability to analyze large data sets and present in a meaningful way using PowerPoint, Excel Charts/Pivots and Reporting).
Working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
Working knowledge of both Jira and Confluence.
Tableau knowledge / skills is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
