How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
With the support of our teams and your manager, you will carry out the following tasks:
AI Solution Deployment: Identify opportunities and deploy innovative solutions using available Workspace AI tools (Generative AI, LLMs, and low-code AI platforms) to solve concrete procurement business cases.
Business Intelligence & Analysis: Act as a bridge between procurement business stakeholders and technical possibilities by analyzing requirements, proposing proof-of-concepts, and building end-to-end data solutions.
Data Architecture & Flow Design: Create and formalize the architecture surrounding procurement data, ensuring robust documentation of data flows from collection to visualization.
Data Governance & Collection: Support the team in maintaining high standards of data governance, assisting in the automation of data collection processes and ensuring data consistency across systems.
Animation & Adoption: Lead data maintenance workshops and drive tool adoption initiatives to ensure that digital solutions are effectively integrated into the daily routines of the procurement community.
Are you a MATCH?
We are looking for a candidate currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, or Business Analytics (Engineering School or University) with the following attributes:
Technical Proficiency: Strong interest in AI technologies (Generative AI, Prompt Engineering) and familiarity with data manipulation tools (Python, SQL). You have a genuine curiosity to experiment and deploy custom-made solutions using Apps Script and APIs.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex business problems into technical requirements and architectural designs.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to lead workshops and explain technical concepts to non-expert audiences (pedagogy and change management).
Tools: Knowledge of Data Visualization tools (Power BI) and Google Workspace/ Gemini (Gems, Notebook LM, Workspace Studio) environment is a plus.
Languages: Fluency in English is required (working in an international environment); French is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: Autonomy, curiosity for the procurement business, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.

The internship will take place in the Group's historical headquarters in the center of Paris at Quai d'Orsay.
