MWM has been delivering reliable energy solutions to industries and communities around the world. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a marketing leader who can strengthen our brand, inspire a high-performing team and help drive our global success.

As Brand Promotion Manager, you'll lead an international team of six marketing professionals and take ownership of one of MWM's brand. You'll have the autonomy, resources and support to turn strategy into impactful campaigns that increase brand awareness, support commercial growth and create lasting value for our customers.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of six marketing professionals across digital marketing, communications and events.
• Drive MWM's brand strategy, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence across global markets.
• Plan and execute product launches and integrated marketing campaigns in close collaboration with Sales and Product Management.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, online campaigns and marketing communications.
• Manage customer and corporate events, creating engaging experiences for customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and collaborate with international teams to achieve business objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget and identify opportunities to maximize marketing impact and business value.

We're looking for someone who

• Brings solid experience in B2B marketing, brand management and marketing communications.
• Successfully completed studies in marketing, communication or similar.
• Thrives in an international, fast paced and collaborative environment.
• Communicates fluently in English; German is a plus.
