- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and improve team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Assets Reliability and Maintenance Management.
- Strong knowledge of software configuration management and release processes.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures for packaged or cloud-based applications.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that ensure system reliability and performance.
- Skilled in integrating diverse software components and managing vendor relationships.
- Competence in troubleshooting complex system issues and providing effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Assets Reliability and Maintenance Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
