Key Accountabilities

•    Major interface to Sales, DC and inter-company to review S&OP process and make the forecast more reasonable 
•    Develop daily/weekly/monthly capacity planning, launch company production plan towards customer demand and production scheduling with changeable/urgent requirement. Oversee compliance while implementing advanced planning and forecasting strategies.
•    Optimize the data flow on how to transfer the production plan to material plan by dimension.
Safety stock set and WIP management 
•    Shortage material visibility and management 
•    Manage work order based on specific manufacturing steps, do work-in-process tracking with lean mindset, control material variance towards BOM set and report manufacturing performance 
•    Set & adjust item parameters towards business expectation, advise order lead time on specific cases 
•    As supply chain key player to collaborate with PM/ENG team to initiate new APD/transfer project ramp up planning to secure supply readiness on time.
•    Leverage demand and supply, optimize inventory with OTD fulfillment 
•    Accept and will learn Intelligent tool application by Power Query /Power BI to improve work efficiency.

Key Qualifications & Requirements  

Education Qualification: 
•    Bachelor’s degree or above with major in production planning or the relevant is preferred 

Technical Competence & Skills:
•    Good at S&OP, Forecast analysis, production planning & scheduling and inventory management skill 
•    Good team spirit and positive energy to approach work 
•    Excellent communication, collaboration, planning and execution skills  
•    Familiar with Oracle system or SAP system, a strong sense of obligation, self-motivated
•    Continuous learning ability 
•    Knowing about Power Query or Power BI application is preferred 
•    APICS/ISM certifications or related certified is a plus.

Leadership Competence:
•    Growth mindset, drive change mindset to go through tough task.
•    Sense of urgency, ownership to own everything, timely report out and drive team to fulfill customer delivery
•    Teamwork and result oriented, Uncertainty and conflict cases management  
•    Good interpersonal skills and communication skills with persons at different level and functions 

Relevant Experience:
•    At least 5-8 years ‘experience in production planning or the equivalent supply chain area
