Global Process Ownership

  • Own global Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay process and SRM design, standards, and controls.
  • Understands current processes and supporting ERP system including different variations.
  • Define “global minimum standards” while enabling regional flexibility within governance; identify gaps and deploy improvements and standarization.
  • Maintain process documentation, decision rights, and change control.

Performance & Value Management

  • Support Group Procurement Leadership team to translate Strategy into relevant KPIs.
  • Define and own procurement process KPIs (efficiency, compliance, cycle time, automation, value realization).
  • Drive transparency and continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
  • Support value creation through process simplification and demand discipline.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Master Data and Analytics team to ensure procurement processes and KPIs support financial controls, audit requirements, and accurate tracking of savings and value realization

Systems & Digital Enablement

  • Own procurement process requirements for ERP and procurement applications.
  • Ensure process consistency, usability, and data quality across digital tools.
  • Partner with IT, Key user group, Master Data and analytics teams to drive automation and reporting maturity.

Governance & Compliance

  • Establish global procurement process governance and lead process forums.
  • Ensure alignment with policies, audit, ESG requirements, and financial controls.
  • Manage exceptions, deviations, and process risks.
  • Acts as an escalation authority when standards are not followed

Change, Adoption & Capability

  • Drive global rollout of process changes and new capabilities.
  • Develop training materials and act as global SME for procurement processes.
  • Support regional teams in adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Define and maintain training standards and user guides for key global processes.
  • Hold regular live and online training sessions for new starters and refreshers
  • Establish and maintain the relevant Global Procurement Handbook

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

  • Partner with Procurement, Culinary, Finance, IT, Internal Audit, and ESG teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
  • Influence senior regional and functional leaders without direct authority.
  • Serve as escalation point for global process decisions and conflicts.
