We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Water purification equipment and systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

  • On-site Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical assistance to customers on-site, addressing complex issues and resolving them efficiently.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Perform installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance on water purification equipment
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Training and Guidance: Train and mentor entry technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document service activities, including problems encountered, actions taken, and follow-up requirements. Provide detailed reports to management and customers as needed.
  • Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements during all service operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to service processes, tools, and documentation to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • 1-3 years Technical Expertise: Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintenance 
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop innovative solutions under pressure.
  • Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Willingness to travel frequently and work outside normal business hours as needed.
  • Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing as required.

Salary range:

$45,500.00 - $72,500.00
