What will you be doing?

  • Administrative services for employees in the field of HR, payroll and benefits and providing employees with information on inquiries;

  • Administration of employee benefits packages and Company Social Benefits Fund;

  • Updating internal forms and data on the intranet;

  • Keeping personnel documentation in accordance with the labour law regulations;

  • Cooperation with an outsourcing company, taking care of the correct circulation of documents and information flow;

  • Preparing payroll data and verifying its accuracy;

  • Cooperation with other external companies in the field of HR (e.g. benefits, employee shares, group insurance and others);

  • Entering data into the Workday system and conducting tests;

  • Co-creating communications to employees in the field of HR, payroll and benefits;

  • Updating internal regulations and legal acts in accordance with amendments and changes to labour law;

  • Conducting onboarding trainings for new employees;

  • Conducting workshops for the management staff in the area of labour law;

  • Reporting data for internal needs.

What we’re looking for?

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the HR and payroll area;

  • Good knowledge of labour law, including wage calculation, tax regulations, social security;

  • Proficient in spoken and written Polish and English;

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel (tabels, formulas) and Power Point;

  • Analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions;

  • Independence in action, punctuality and very good organization of work;

  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow;

  • Knowledge of the Workday system is welcome.
