Objetivo del cargo

Incorporar un(a) profesional titulado(a) en carreras del área de negocios o ingeniería, con alta capacidad comercial, habilidades comunicacionales y rápida comprensión de procesos, para apoyar el crecimiento de la empresa mediante la generación de oportunidades y el fortalecimiento de relaciones con clientes.

Responsabilidades principales

• Identificar y desarrollar oportunidades comerciales en el mercado asignado.
• Comprender y aplicar estrategias de negocio orientadas a revenue y rentabilidad.
• Participar activamente en reuniones, presentaciones y negociaciones con clientes potenciales.
• Mantener y fortalecer relaciones comerciales existentes, generando confianza y credibilidad.
• Analizar procesos y proponer mejoras para optimizar la gestión comercial.
• Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas y KPIs establecidos.
• Reportar avances y resultados periódicamente al equipo comercial.

Requisitos

Formación académica:

• Título profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial o Ingeniería Civil con orientación a negocios.

Experiencia:

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia laboral (puede incluir práctica profesional) en entornos empresariales.
• Experiencia en funciones comerciales, ventas o desarrollo de negocios (deseable).

Competencias técnicas y personales:

• Alta capacidad de comprensión y retención de información.
• Habilidad para ejecutar acciones en base a instrucciones y feedback.
• Excelentes habilidades comunicacionales y capacidad para establecer relaciones de confianza.
• Proactividad, pensamiento estratégico y orientación a resultados.
• Ética profesional y disciplina para cumplir objetivos.
