What You Will Do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales and account growth.

  • Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges.

  • Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize market potential.

  • Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings comfortably.

  • Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to customers.

  • Manage and maintain sample inventory of products meticulously.

  • Adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility.

  • Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required.

What You Need:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical healthcare/sales role (or a combination of the two)

  • Hold certificates as a Clinical Support Staff and a Sales Promotion Representative (KDE, STE) certified by the Ministry of Health, or to be a graduate of a relevant university program that qualifies the individual to obtain these certifications

  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals

  • Knowledge and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.

  • Proficiency in English

Preferred:

  • Medical device related fields or B2B sales experience

  • Experience in Neurosurgery, ENT Surgery, and Orthopedic Surgery.

  • Experience in clinical work environment

  • Residing in İstanbul

Travel Percentage: 70%
