As a Business Analyst you will join a team of passionate Health & Welfare professionals committed to crafting business requirements that are crucial to our ability to serve as a directed record keeper for our plan sponsors. You will be responsible for providing business analysis support for client advised projects to ensure that the systems are functioning according to the detailed business requirements. Your interactions with the team will model Fidelity leadership principles to sustain an innovative culture and build a positive environment for your team.
We’re looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience, 2-5 years of Health and Welfare benefits service experience and 2+ years of benefits administration, outsourcing administration (H&W) or similar experience. Interested candidates should be customer obsessed; and demonstrate the ability to balance customer service and sound business judgment.

As a valued member of the Project Delivery Team, you would partner with the Client Delivery Portfolio Manager and Healthcare Program Managers to understand the goals and the work for each project milestone. You would contribute to the project through the execution of the responsibilities outlined below.
