Job Description:

MISIÓN

Liderar el proceso de planificación, programación y control de un proyecto de construcción, mediante la elaboración de diagramas o redes que describan las etapas del proyecto y sus interrelaciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos

FUNCIONES

• Preparar y controlar la programación del proyecto durante la fase de ejecución.

• Coordinar con líderes de disciplina para asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos.

• Generar y comunicar la programación al Site Manager.

• Elaborar programas de avance y realizar evaluaciones periódicas.

• Levantar información y confeccionar informes de avance.

• Analizar indicadores de proceso y proponer medidas correctivas.

• Revisar y actualizar continuamente el programa de trabajo.

• Adaptar la planificación a los rendimientos reales de personal y maquinaria.

• Supervisar la planificación de subcontratistas

REQUISITOS

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería en Construcción o Construcción Civil.

• Al menos 8 años de experiencia profesional, con 5 años como programador/a en proyectos de construcción y montaje industrial.

• Experiencia demostrable en al menos 3 plantas fotovoltaicas de más de 50 MW.

• Conocimiento avanzado en planificación y programación de obras.

• Dominio de software Primavera P6, MS Project y Excel.

• Conocimiento de metodologías Last Planner y/o Lean Construction.
