We are looking for an operational Senior People Partner to join our ride at Blacklane People & Culture (P&C) team to co-design, build and deliver people strategies that drive Blacklane’s growth.
You will directly report to the Head of People Partnering & Operations, make your mark and be part of creating a unique, world-class employee journey at Blacklane!
Be a trusted partner to leaders and people managers in Business (mainly Sales and Marketing). You build strong relationships with all stakeholders in your divisions and you influence through compassionate and contextualized coaching. You act with a sense of urgency and adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while you carry out processes from end to end.
