The EMEA HRIT Project Lead is responsible for managing the HRIT project portfolio and leading HR technology projects across the EMEA region. The role collaborates closely with HRIT, HR, and Payroll leadership, oversees the full project lifecycle, and ensures solutions are delivered according to business requirements, IT standards, and security governance.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Manage medium to large HRIT projects from initiation through execution to closure
  • Define project goals, objectives, scope, timelines, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
  • Develop project plans, including resource allocation, and drive on‑time delivery
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to project members, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities
  • Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and adjust plans as needed
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior management
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and quality expectations
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues to prevent delays or setbacks.
  • Lead or significantly contribute to initial infrastructure and technical setup when required
  • Work with business teams to identify new projects and collaborate with IT partners on prioritization, scope definition, and funding needs.
  • Prepare documentation for enterprise architecture review and internal security approval processes
  • Support planning and coordination of UAT and ensure quality assurance of HR solutions
  • Support defect resolution and configuration changes for HR systems, including Payroll and Time & Attendance, •through requirements gathering, documentation, reviews, and testing
  • Provide ongoing support for HR systems (Payroll and T&A) within the EMEA scope

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (strongly preferred)
  • 4+ years of technical/functional experience in solution delivery or application support
  • 3+ years of project management experience, or successful delivery of at least two full‑cycle projects
  • Strong skills in project management tools and creation of project documentation and visuals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead meetings and document outcomes
  • Experience with HR systems (preferably Payroll and Time & Attendance); prior European implementation experience is a strong plus
  • Ability to work with external IT suppliers and basic familiarity with RFI/RFQ and IT procurement processes
  • Detail‑oriented, resilient, and focused on problem solving and continuous improvement
  • Respect to IT security and data privacy principles
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
