Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate IAM Security Professional to join our team. As IAM Security Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative IAM Security solutions to address complex business challenges. Your role will involve influencing key decisions, providing advisory support across multiple teams, and ensuring that security delivery is both effective and efficient

Key Responsibilities

As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in Security Delivery Governance. You should have influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions. Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. You are also expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Security Delivery Governance is required. Advanced proficiency in Distributed Delivery Model, Expert proficiency in Security Administration, Expert proficiency in Security Strategy & Planning, and Advanced proficiency in Security Quality Assurance are recommended.

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance Security Delivery Governance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Security Delivery Governance

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or Security fields, such as Information Systems, Computer Security, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in a security delivery or similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience and knowledge of standards and frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, PCI, OWASP, GDPR among others.
• Implementation of IAM in cloud environments.
• IAM vendors experience in at least one of major’s players, like Microsoft, Okta, ForgeRock, IBM Security, SailPoint, CyberArk, OneLogin, RSA SecureID, etc.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills in addition to strong attention to detail.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in professional setting.
• Ability to adapt to different businesses/stakeholders
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• IAM related vendor certification(s). (Microsoft, CyberArk, SailPoint, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in any of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
• Cybersecurity Masters or relevant security certifications (e.g., CCSP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc.)
