What's exciting about the role

As a Payroll Analyst you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll according to our company policies and country regulations and work with data to analyze payroll trends, solve discrepancies, and optimize payroll processes.

Main responsibilities

  • Processing payroll on time including but not limited to calculating wages, deductions, and withholdings
  • Ensures the accurate and timely submission of payroll taxes and local filings
  • Processes off-cycle payroll payments including but not limited to bonuses, commissions, and terminations
  • Maintains accurate records and documentation related to payroll transactions while handling confidential information
  • Remains updated on payroll regulations and ensures compliance with all relevant local laws, regulations and company policies
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency in payroll administration
  • Creates and updates onboarding documents and delivers presentations to newly hired employees
  • Generates and analyzes reports and audits to ensure payroll accuracy and identify potential errors before payroll run
  • Navigates payroll issues, projects and new payment polices and provide support during audits and reviews
  • Serves as the point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries and issue resolution using the Service Now system
  • Works to streamline and improve payroll processes
  • Partners with multiple vendors who support, payroll, tax and pension plans holding them accountable to their SLA’s and contracts

Skills and Experience we desire

  • 3+ years of payroll experience required
  • Experience managing payroll for Poland is a must have
  • Experience managing payroll for Baltics, would be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in payroll software ADP Streamline preferred
  • Proficiency in Workday HRIS software preferred
  • Proficiency using Microsoft applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues
