Position Summary

As a key member of Levant DA (Digital Appliances) team (AC), the main role is to supervise whole sales processes of projects and channels in Levant (Selected Countries) in order to ensure better project and channel management and consequently improve sell in, sell thru, and sell-out, as well as business development.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Objectives:

The successful applicant is responsible for maintaining & developing the business with clear objective of achieving the company’s sales targets and KPI in Digital Appliances Division.   

Position Responsibilities:

  

  • Distributor Management with Structured communication to distributors.
  • Consensus with distributes and targets (monthly)
  • Demand Update / checklist (weekly)
  • PI signing / pricing / contract (Biweekly)
  • Payment Allocation / customer credit management and follow-up (weekly)
  • Logistic follow-up / delivery / shipment follow / updates to customer (weekly)
  • Disty BO meeting/management/reporting (Biweekly)
  • BO direct sales
  • Disty stock follow-up (Biweekly)
  • Marketing activities (Monthly)
  • Follow-up on customer requests / shipping documents / compensation
  • Customer/dealer training progress and reporting (monthly)
  • SFDC/CHDC management and reporting (monthly)
  • Achieve Weekly and Monthly sales targets by product.
  • Channel management & development (Direct and Indirect)
  • Distributor Inventory management with assigned accounts.
  • Upcoming Forecast BOs for 12 weeks & input on System. AP1, Order earliness Quarterly targets.
  • Competitors monitoring (Prices, Activities, Line-up).
  • Inventory management (No aging in Samsung warehouse and partners).
  • Sell-In, Sell-through, Sell-out programs development, and full responsibility of sales cycle.
  • Account Receivable (A/R) management (No overdue, sealing); A/P full process.
  • Marketing activity monitoring and analysis: ROI.
  • Market share achievement: Sell out, trend analysis, Display & flooring. 
  • Insure to achieve KPI’s targets set by management: Profit target, TIM% targets.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications

• Education Experience & Skills:

1. Bachelor / master's degree in mechanical/industrial Engineering or any related field.
2. With minimum 6 years' experience in Sales & preferably in Home Appliances & Air conditioning or other Electronics / IT industry.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and
4. Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality. 
5. Multitasks effectively.
6. Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management.
7. Priority setting & Problem solving.
8. Willing to travel for business purposes.
9. Engineering background with both technical understanding and marketing capabilities would be an advantage.

• Language Skills:

 

Fluent Arabic & English Language, excellent negotiation skills.
