Position Overview:The Research Project Support Specialist is primarily responsible for reviewing projects and suggesting or making changes that will make them more likely to fill with high-quality participants. The second priority is matching existing participants on our panel to the study.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Quality and Support
- Develop our quality check process to ensure projects have the inputs needed to attract high-quality participants, e.g. realistic incentives, clear descriptions
- Spot gaps in project design and suggest changes to clients to achieve better fill rate
- Streamline the quality check process by identifying inefficiencies and designing practical solutions to boost Research Project Support rates.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Lead and team to help us review more projects and get a better outcome more quickly.
Participant Engagement and Recruitment (Project Boosting):
- Use our "Boosting" process to match qualified participants from our marketplace to relevant research projects.
- Send follow-up emails to participants identified by the platform or found manually in our panel.
- Work with the Marketing Ad Manager to recruit new participants, suggesting content and channels to attract the right audience.
Skills Required:
Previous experience in research roles, such as Field Manager or Research Assistant.
Fluent in English, strong written communication skills.
Marketing Campaigns: Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Mailgun.Support Tools: Familiarity with support platforms like Intercom
Data Management: Competence in list preparation and basic Excel.
