You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. - Oversee the successful delivery of services and ensure customer satisfaction. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Responsible for team decisions. - Manage and collaborate with the team to perform effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration. - Experience in managing programs, projects, or managed services. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to coordinate and manage multiple teams. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration. - This position is based in Bengaluru. - A 15 years full-time education is required. Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the support and delivery of production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Ensure smooth functioning of the systems by performing Red Hat OS Administration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and provide technical support. - Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures. - Participate in on-call rotation and provide timely resolution of production issues. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Ubuntu Linux Administration and Linux Architecture. - Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting. - Experience in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl. - Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or KVM. - Experience in monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix.
