Day-to-day, you will:
Lead and support a global team of consultants and technical specialists, helping them deliver projects on time, to scope and with clear customer outcomes.
Plan and balance work across the team, using data and simple automation to manage utilisation, capacity and delivery risks.
Improve how we deliver services by using AI and automation tools to reduce manual effort and speed up implementations, while keeping quality high.
Own the customer delivery experience for your area, acting as a senior point of escalation and working closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Experience leading professional services or implementation teams within software, technology or SaaS environments.
Exposure to managing budgets, margins or utilisation, with an understanding of how delivery performance impacts commercial outcomes.
Interest or experience in using AI, automation or digital tools to improve delivery workflows and customer experience.
Knowledge of hospitality is preferred or retail, travel or a similar customer-focused sector, and an understanding of how technology supports day-to-day operations.
