Day-to-day, you will: 

  • Lead and support a global team of consultants and technical specialists, helping them deliver projects on time, to scope and with clear customer outcomes. 

  • Plan and balance work across the team, using data and simple automation to manage utilisation, capacity and delivery risks. 

  • Improve how we deliver services by using AI and automation tools to reduce manual effort and speed up implementations, while keeping quality high. 

  • Own the customer delivery experience for your area, acting as a senior point of escalation and working closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams.  

 

Your skills and experiences might also include:   

  • Experience leading professional services or implementation teams within software, technology or SaaS environments. 

  • Exposure to managing budgets, margins or utilisation, with an understanding of how delivery performance impacts commercial outcomes. 

  • Interest or experience in using AI, automation or digital tools to improve delivery workflows and customer experience. 

  • Knowledge of hospitality is preferred or retail, travel or a similar customer-focused sector, and an understanding of how technology supports day-to-day operations.
