This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Supply Planner in Piła with Signify. This position is onsite in Piła.

As a Supply Planner you’ll be responsible for Factory forecasting processes for defined portfolio, coordinating, and executing customer orders and key project orders from the moment of order enquiry or/and order creation creation till delivery to customer.

You’ll be part of the Signify Factory Supply Chain team in Digital Solutions Factory in Pila, whose main responsibility is to sustain highly excellent processes in supply chain from end-to-end to provide world class service and ensure high customer satisfaction, so agility and ability to manage complexity must be in your DNA. 

What you’ll do

• Align and sign off factory forecast for defined portfolio together with respective market colleague on the monthly bases; keep projects information up to date as part of sales and operational planning
• Manage and execute customer project business sales orders from the moment of order creation date till delivery to customer via direct contact with end customer and different functions within organization
• Active follow up on markets project LT enquiries, direct shipments, blocked shipments, sales order escalations
• Work out alternative solutions to mitigate risks of not delivering orders on time
• Masterdata, SAP parameter and logistics views maintenance
• Maintain good communication on status, plans, corrective and pro-active actions with Factory teams and customers
