Job Purpose/summary

This role will execute a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Night Shift Data & Performance Maintenance Analyst. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our reporting systems during off-hours, with a focus on data integrity, performance monitoring, and exception handling.

Ability to work flexible shifts based on business needs assigned by leader.

Key responsibilities

  • In close collaboration with the team leader/destination operation team, drive business performance management with internal stakeholders with guidance and support on performance metrics during night shift hours.
  • To assist team to complete data-related processing, mainly including but not limited to enterprise data analysis, visual display, customized reporting services and other related aspects of the work with Power BI/Tableau/VBA/Python/Macro etc.
  • Maintain a customer centric approach thereby helping to avoid occurrence of errors and take preventive measures to eliminate repetition of errors.
  • Prepare and submit all documents in a timely and accurate manner and keep the internal/external stakeholders informed of the status.
  • Have good business knowledge / process understanding to provide a value add to the customers through effective business solutions.
  • Understanding business criticality and prioritizing the tasks effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) during daily operation.
  • Maintain effective and proactive communication – by regularly participating in conference calls with the clients to enable seamless process flow. 

Required qualification, experience  & skills

  • 3~4 years and above working experience in data analysis/financial data analysis or related position. Skilled in using Excel.
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain Management / E-commerce Logistics – Added Advantage.
  • Good logical thinking, willing to take the initiative to learn new knowledge and engage in data analytics work.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill and should be able to build good working relationship.
  • Drive for Results – Drives for results and success, conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition.
  • Good Team Player, maintaining a “We first” instead of “I first”.
  • Good stakeholder management skills and experience.
  • Adapt to changes, basis business requirements.
