Today, millions of people worldwide engage with our exclusive, transparent media placements across the internet’s leading browsers, shopping apps, and review sites.

Our award-winning culture is built around five core values (known as our 5C’s): Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment, and Competitiveness. With these guiding values, adMarketplace seeks to empower our team to reach their full potential through continued learning, and the opportunity to do their best work.

AMP Challengers

At adMarketplace, we believe that being a Challenger is the key to long-term success as a high-performing team member who upholds our core values, known as the 5Cs; Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment and Competitiveness. Here’s how a Challenger upholds our company values:

  • Challengers display curiosity as are eager learners that never stop questioning the status quo.
  • Challengers collaborate with one another to define the current state, ideal state and best next steps.
  • Challengers thrive in creative conflict, knowing that debating ideas in a respectful space can only lead to growth and full potential.
  • Challengers are committed to themselves, each other, and our partners. They prepare and persist to overcome challenges and when a problem arises, they transparently communicate the situation and clean up the mess.
  • Challengers are competitive by thinking big and always playing the game to win.

Through this program, we will foster your innate Challenger qualities and unlock your full potential to set you up for long-term success as a market-facing digital media professional.

The Role

The AMP Challengers program is a one-year highly selective rotational program designed to start and grow your career as a versatile adMarketplace leader. This program provides junior professionals with hands-on experience across the two market-facing sides of our business: Advertisers and Publishers.
