Job Description:

 <職務内容>

• 倉庫作業における自らの担当業務に対し、富士工場での職務規則や作業標準を遵守しながら業務を遂行する。 また倉庫での業務委託先の管理を行う。
  Fully understand his/her own tasks in warehouse operations and execute them complying with Fuji job rules and SOPs/WIs. And manage contracter for ware house operation.

• フォークリフト作業、倉庫作業に関し安全で確実な作業を実施する。 
  Secure to conduct forklift and warehouse operatinos in a safe manner 

• 各倉庫機器（フォークリフト、自動倉庫クレーン等）の点検を100パーセント実施した上で作業を実施する。 
  Conduct operations after 100% execution of inspections on each warehouse instrument (forklift, auto warehouse crane, etc...) 

• 倉庫業務における改善提案を挙げ、効率的な倉庫業務へつなげる。 
  Give suggestions toward warehouse improvements to achieve more efficient warehouse operations 

• GMP遵守のため、期日を厳守したCW教育を実施する。 
  Complete CW training meeting due dates to comply with GMP requirements 

• 作業逸脱、品質問題が起こった場合のSVへのタイムリーな報告を実施する。また必要に応じてQIを起票し、QIのクローズまで責任を持ちその再発防止に努める 
  Report any issue to his/her supervisor in a timely manner in case where any deviation or quality issue occurrs, and if neccessary raise a QI and take its responsibility until its closure to prevent recurrence 

• 倉庫エリアにおける5Sを実施する 
  Take 5S actions in warehouse areas 

• サポートGと連携し、製造ラインが止まらないように円滑に出庫作業を行う。 
  Conduct delivery operation smoothly in collaboration with the Support Group so as not to disturb production line operations 

• QCより委託されているサンプリング業務に対し、倉庫が担当する作業範囲に対し正確に実施する。 
  Regarding sampling re-assigned by QCG, execute it definitely in the scope to be engaged by Warehouse Group 

• 倉庫エリアへ入場するドライバーへの作業前安全教育を実施する。 
  Conduct pre-operation safety training to the drivers who enter warehouse areas 

• 麻薬の作業において、作業・保管・帳簿等の管理を規制/手順に基づき実施する

　　　　　　

　For narcotic products in the warehouse, control and manage the handling/storage/records & logbooks complying with the specified procedures/regulations
