Responsibilities:

• Lead the local monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting processes.

• Prepare monthly forecasts and the annual budget.

• Coordinate monthly payroll activities with external payroll provider.

• Act as main interface with Shared Service Center in Romania and external tax advisor to ensure tax accuracy.

• Be the point of contact for any local financial and administrative tasks to the authorities.

• Administer the current SAP ByD system and actively support the upcoming implementation of SAP S/4 at local level.

• Serve as a Business Partner to the local sales team.

• Handle various administrative tasks as needed, e.g. local contract administration or T&E expenses.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in an international or matrix environment

• Strong knowledge of monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes

• Practical know-how in SAP S/4HANA or SAP BYD is an advantage

• Very good communication skills in Czech and English, both spoken and written

• Ability to collaborate with international teams

• Proactive, collaborative and self-driven working style
