The team
The Leadership Communications team works closely with Linklaters’ most senior leaders to develop and deliver strategic messaging across all channels. The team is responsible for internal announcements, leadership updates, external statements, and event communications for the Senior Partners and Firmwide Managing Partner. By partnering closely with other communications functions and business groups, the team ensures that leadership messages are aligned, timely, impactful, and reflective of Linklaters’ strategy, vision, and firm values. The team amplifies the voice and visibility of the firm's leadership, driving engagement and reputation internally and externally.
Purpose
The Leadership Communications Lead partners directly with Linklaters’ Senior Partner and Firmwide Managing Partner to design, draft, and deliver strategic communications supporting the firm’s vision, leadership priorities, and reputation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring clear, cohesive messaging across all internal and external channels, amplifying leadership impact, and advancing the firm’s strategic ambitions.
As a senior advisor, you will guide executive messaging for major announcements, speeches, thought leadership, and media engagement. You will shape the firm’s voice in the market and internally, enabling the Senior Partner and Firmwide Managing Partner to communicate with authenticity, clarity, and influence.
