Coordinates engineering releasing activities between engineering design areas and procurement/scheduling with effective and timely implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Creating, maintaining, and communicating accurate change management data at both the local and corporate level through data entry in multiple management information systems.

• Analyzing engineering releases, changes, drawing notices to create change management requirements, providing the creation of product structure based on engineering design.

• Maintaining close team relationships with releasing analysts, as well as teams in manufacturing operations, process planning, engineering design, and material planning.

• Leading and managing project portfolios to achieve measurable departmental and business process improvements.

Mandatory Requirements:

• BS degree: Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• English level: 50% (written, reading, and speaking)

• Basic Microsoft knowledge (Excel, Power Point, etc)

• Personal Skills: Proactivity, Effective Communication, Negotiation.

Desirable Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience

• Basic GD&T knowledge

• PowerBI, MiniTab, MRP knowledge

• Green Belt training
