Purpose;
As Executive Manager, you will be responsible for the broad administrative, as well as strategic support, to the Chief Information & Operations Officer (CIOO).
Core responsibilities;
Build strong relationships with the Chief Information & Operations Officer (CIOO), the CIOO Leadership Team, the Executive Leadership Team, Senior Leaders, and stakeholders across the organisation, playing a strong and critical influence in the achievement of the Technology & Operations function.
Enhance cross-functional networks and communications by identifying synergies across the business.
Enable the CIOO by understanding their responsibilities, needs and priorities.
Improve current processes and optimise organisational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
Through management of the CIOO’s diary and travel, improve time management for the CIOO.
With the CIOO and Head of Program Delivery, manage the 12 month cadence and efficiency of the Technology & Operations functions ensuring agenda’s, papers and minutes from key meetings are prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
Complete a broad variety of administrative & project tasks that facilitate the CIOO’s ability to effectively lead.
Work with other AAF Executive Assistants and engage on diary management matters of the wider Executive Team to assist in prioritisation of meetings as needed.
Diary management - prioritise enquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts, make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
Facilitation of review and feedback of key documents for meetings and Board, ensuring the timely submission, following up with relevant leadership team members.
Support completion of documents, reports, and presentations.
Attend key meetings with the CIOO with the purpose of ensuring follow-up and execution on identified next steps. Record minutes as required.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements when applicable.
Collate & manage expenses for the CIOO.
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the operations of Angle Auto Finance.
Organise work functions and events for internal employees and external engagements as required.
Support strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and functional heads.
Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
Have a proactive mindset where you are anticipating what might be needed as well as potential challenges on the horizon.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualified in Business, Commerce, Technology or Finance desirable.
Postgraduate qualification in Business or equivalent desirable.
Experience
High level interpersonal communication skills with the ability to advocate, influence, problem solve and negotiate for positive outcomes.
You will have proven experience in C-Suite support.
Professional interpersonal and relationship skills.
In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
Excellent organisation skills and have great time management skills.
Dynamic self-starter, results driven and adaptable.
Hands on, collaborative and engaging attitude.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and experience in setting up processes.
Previous experience as an Executive Manager/Executive Assistant within Financial Services is highly desirable.
